Quotations
Quotations are based on the information supplied at enquiry stage and are subject to site survey. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed on written acceptance. Payment terms are stated on each quotation and order acknowledgement.
Delivery and installation
Lead times are indicative and confirmed at order stage. Site readiness, access and services provision remain the client's responsibility unless included in scope.
Warranty
Equipment warranty is as stated per product. Warranty requires correct installation, use and maintenance.
